The new formulation of Restore Food has an improved flavor and texture while maintaining the same level of fortification. The soy proteins have been milled to provide for a more even distribution while cooking. Additional rice has been added to improve the overall texture as well as a vegetable based Chicken flavoring for enhanced taste.
Our product is a fortified blended rice and mung bean meal. It contains Soy Proteins and 25 different essential Vitamins and Minerals, along with vegetable seasonings. The fortification used is only the highest quality pharmaceutical grade from U.S. suppliers. The product is both HalaI and Kosher approved. It comes in a multi layer foil package Nitrogen flushed for longer shelf life. Each 650 g. package provides 10 – 12 (1 cup) servings.
