Our Purpose:
To acquire nutritious food products directly from farms and other food producers, by donation and or purchase. To also develop and produce new food products. All products acquired or produced are to be distributed at no cost to local food banks, kitchens that provide free meals to low income seniors, children, and the homeless. Food products will also be provided to disaster relief organizations. Network for Better Nutrition will also operation kitchens where low income people are provided with nutritious meals free of charge.
This corporation is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
